Parent & Me
Preschool and Kindergarten Program at GSTA
Our Parent & Me classes are designed to help young athletes develop discipline, balance, coordination, and—most importantly—have FUN! These classes provide an introduction to basic gymnastics skills such as somersaults and cartwheels. As students achieve proficiency, additional skills will be introduced.
18 months – 3 Years
GSTA offers a comprehensive early developmental program for children ages 18 months to 3 years. In these small group classes, caregivers—whether a parent, grandparent, or babysitter—participate alongside their child.
What to Expect: Students will build confidence, strength, and coordination in a fun and safe environment. Guided by our qualified coaches, you and your child will engage in organized circuits using different gymnastics apparatuses, including trampolines, bars, and balance beams.
The class features a colorful playscape of mats, tunnels, ribbons, balloons, and more. Activities include climbing ladders, jumping over blocks, hanging on bars, rolling down mats, and countless other exciting challenges.
In addition to learning the basics of gymnastics and body control, students will develop crucial social skills such as listening, turn-taking, and interacting with peers in a guided setting.
Program Goal: Our goal is to encourage physical activity and help your child build essential motor skills in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment.

• Develop bridges, backbends, and kickovers, leading to front and back walkovers.
• Hold handstands confidently and connect skills and jumps on the trampoline.

These sessions are designed to advance gymnasts’ abilities while promoting skill development, strength, and a love for gymnastics.
